Im looking for the top shift lever for a 90+ A568/A523 trans as mine broke. better off the PM me for offers.

do u need the complete shifter housing? or just the bracket the shifter cable attaches too?

just the bracked the cable attaches to. i broke mine where the roll pin goes though

I don't think it's the shifter he is looking for. I think it is the little arm on the top of the tranny that the cable attaches to. I have a couple but I need a pic to make sure it's the right style.

yeah hes looking for the crossover bracket on the shifter housing at top of trans

my spare housing is missing that piece...broke a few in my day too (or they get sloppy and wear out and oblong the pin area)

this thread scares me!!
either there are no spares really out there, or no one wants to part with them....lol

i think someone needs to make some billet pieces. they wouldnt be that hard to re produce......
can revamp the selector shifter too, by moving the pin up which means shorter throws ;)

IIR the lever hole and rod hole can be drilled out so a 3/16" oll pin fits nicely in the pin and bracket.
