did you mean "stock" electronics ;) i mean, lm/smec with a chip to run hybrid, or did you mean stock cal running hybrid?

just the stock parts, distributor, hep, knock sensor, basically what came with the car. I've seen people doing the mega squirt thing, but from what i'm reading on here the stock electronics are pretty simple (and when i say simple i mean it pretty much adjust everything off of coolant temp, knock, and map readings.) But then again im pretty ignorant to this stuff.

it might but not good, i wanted to make sure what you were asking.

and yes, stock electronics with a chip. most of the time the dizzy is ran off the end of the intake cam, but depending on the intake manifold, you may be able to run dizzy in the stock location. but it is much easier to change cap and wires with it mounted on the cam. then all the other sensors plugged into where they need to go. people are using smecs as "stand alone" system, even to run complete motor swaps, or whatever...

I ran my hybrid 2.5l on stock electronics (computer), only mod was to extend the AIC and TPS wiering to where the TB was. it dyno'd in at 330wtq @2800rpm and 225whp @ 5100rpm @ 14psi.
