Planning on converting a G headed motor to T2 status. Already have a 87 T2 LM and most of the needed parts. My question is, will I need to up my fuel pressure by a few psi? I heard that the G head flows better than the swirl head, plus I may do a little bit of basic porting and port matching before the head goes back on. Will I need to up fuel pressure by a few psi to make up for the extra flow over the stock swirl head that the 87 T2 LM was designed for?

You'll be fine, the LM will be able to adjust it's adaptive fuel memory after a few driving cycles. If anything, you'll want more spark advance to counter the loss in compression.....

okay, I woulda though it wouldda needed more gas, but maybe not then. Also, block was originally G headed, so no loss in compression, though I have heard the G head likes a few more degrees of timing just cause of it's design.
