Check out this SLEEPER that was at the drag strip last night.
You would not believe how quick it was on DOT Street Tires.
He drove it there too !!!!

It ran 10.12 @ 138.77 and he was having a traction problem

Sorry about that I just realized that I did not post pics of the motor.
Here you go....
It is a 351.

Here is a nice looking Nissan 350Z that was there as well. I did not see any of his runs on the 1/4.

YEP, it ran 10.44 with a 1.44 sixty foot time. We have all kinds of Drag Racing Sleds up here.

Here is a way to wild looking silver Mustang Convertible that was at the track. He never made a pass and I never saw the hood up. But it sure looked fast.

Let me know if you guys want more pictures, if so I will post more.

Cool mustang, but since when does a carb hat sticking through a hole in the hood make you a sleeper ?

I sure did not expect to see it run in the low 10's. Maybe sleeper was not the right term then, I should have called it: NOT YOUR AVERAGE MUSTANG...

I wouldn't have either,I wonder if he could have made it fit under a stock hood??
Perhaps with a different intake manifold.

A small scoop would hide that quite easily without spoiling the sleeper image.
