What does the "old style" pro meter do, what is included and need anything more to use it on my 90 TII?

i love my G-Tech ,also the old version, measures 0-60 1/4 mile times and a few other things. Just plugs into the cigarette lighter and hooks to the windshield, its great! Within a tenth of accuracy at the track too!
