Are the passenger engine mount brackets the same..

Just curious if the passenger side engine mount brackets are the same between an '89 Daytona and an '87 Lancer? Reason I ask is because I just realized that the one I painted was the one I pulled from the '89 parts car. The Lancer bracket is in my friends garage so I can't get to it to put them side by side...

good question, i think they are, but not 100%. the two i have here are identical for a 89 g body and an 87 g body. i think i remember reading that the early L body had a specific one??
hopefully someone who knows for sure can chime in. i would like to know the differences as well.

Should be the same, what year did they change to the new style?

87 and 89 non L-body mounts should interchange fine.

90 and up are the new style.
