I picked this thing up last week,
i dont plan on modding this one too much,
i have a FWDP stage 2 for it and will throw in some green tops with an AFPR
paint it sometime next year along with some rust repair

Sweet project, looks original as can be. Nice find:eyebrows: So far we've seen all the good parts of the car...

the bad parts i dont have pictures of,
i already pulled the carpet and the floors are actually still there and very solid
the car has a ton of undercoating, just needs a little work in a few spots

so far all Ive done is interior swap
put some beautiful seats in it,
door panels,
a few panels that where cracked
and the 91 center console swap
i like the look and function on the 91 console better
but for driving the 90 console gave more of a ----pit feel that was more comfortable

also blew apart the vacuum block and cracked some lines doing a valve cover gasket,
so im running a turbo phord block till i find an original

You definitely got a great car for the amount of $$ you spent! Plus the fact that you can never go wrong with a blue Daytona ;)

Back in the Spring of 2002, Jakub's brother found a blue VNT in one of the Chicagoland area junkyards...he even employed his honed negotiating skills and worked out a deal in which I was able to purchase it with a clean title

With the exception of leather seats, it was the spitting image of yours! Here's a couple small pics...

Looking forward to taking your car for a spin at the next meeting ;)

Nice project! I had an old aquaintence that had a nice blue '90 VNT like that. Pain was better, but overall it was in great shape!
