Just like the title says. It's currently 2hrs behind, and my settings are in the correct time zone. Had to move up to -3 GMT for it to show correctly.

Go ahead and set your time back Chris. The problem is the server time and will be fixed shortly. My methods of fixing time fail whenever the server is reset. I have a trouble ticket in with Ev1 servers. The initial support from them had the same problems. They are working on it.
