I got a start on number 148 last week. For those that don't know, We bought this one from TurboDave. It was hit by a truck before he took custody.
The front end needed a little time on the frame machine. In fact it took longer to clamp it down than it did to straighten it out.
There was damage to the right rear quarter as well. The body line was all pushed in. It's all better now.
Once I get the before photos from Dave, I'll post it all to my site.

It won't be a full blown resto (maybe...) but it'll be slick.
I'm out to squeeze more power out of this one.

Your repair looks great! May I ask how you did it? I don't see anything replaced or needing filler

I welded sheet metal tabs along the body line where it was pushed in and then pulled the tabs while the car was on the frame machine. Then I fine tuned the metal with a uni-spotter and old fashoned hammer and dollie work.
Don't be fooled though. It recieved a coat of filler to even it all out.

Nice work as always! I know where there is a barn of them that need this attention ;)

Hmm... maybe you can help make them nice and I can help squeeze the power out of them? :D

Just an update.
The GLHS is painted and going back together. I'm straightening out the wiring and should be moving on to the shifter and exhaust soon. I'll post photos soon, but check out updates on the AAR 'Cuda and the "Back from beyond the dead" Camaro Z-28.

That looks great. I really like how they look with no side view mirrors.
