I did a major update to the BoostButton website over the last couple of days. Mostly just look and feel at this point, but I plan to add a Google checkout option for those that don't do PayPal (as soon as I can figure it out). Navigation is changed up a little bit, too. As well as a new blog I'll use to post updates. So, check it out and let us know what you think!

I also changed around the cal order process over the weekend. I made the checkout and spec sheet parallel. I think the old process was a bit confusing. I also changed it from an 'al a carte' checkout for cals/computers to specific product selection to make it easier to understand.

Also, I'm looking for testimonials from past customers. If you have something you'd care to share, please let me know. Pictures are helpful, too.

You need a hyperlink in your sig, btw. :) Site looks good Rob! The text for the different areas is bleeding over into the navigation area on the left, using Firefox version 3.6.10. But easy to navigate.

Is it possible to put a HL in your custom title?

I'll add it to my sig, too...

Btw I checked with my Droid X and the text is overlapped with the left menu with this as well.

It's a font thing. I used a narrow font for the nav menu, but if your computer doesn't have that font, it uses a default and crowds the text. I'll find a different font...

I changed the nav bar font. Check it out now and see if the text is still crowded for you...

I've gotta say I like the new logo more than the old one, but I guess I just have a thing for thru-holes. So when can I get a t-shirt with the new logo? :)

Does the font look grainy? It doesn't look good in FireFox here at work. Looked fine at home, though...

No, it looks fine on the phone and on my laptop. Not sure how it looks grainy though. Hmm.....

I wonder if it's a Firefox deal (or maybe a windows XP deal).

I wonder if it's a Firefox deal (or maybe a windows XP deal).

It looks a little fuzzy to me, but figured it was due to the italic-ish nature of the font. That was with firefox on XP. IDK what it looks like in chrome or safari on some other OS.

Maybe have the buttons on the left done in your new font for the logo and use jpegs so they're rendered as a image instead of a font?

Hi Rob - do you have any cal options for those of us running 86 GLHS electronics?

Hi Rob - do you have any cal options for those of us running 86 GLHS electronics?

Sorry, I still don't offer anythign for the '86 and earlier LM's...

Wait.....the 86 GLHS LM is not the same as the 87? Besides the MAP being under the hood?

ShelGame

Nope. The L-body LM's used 2 chips. Different OS, though the calibration data is similar. At any rate, T-LM does not run on the GLHS electronics.

I think maybe a couple of pins are different, too.

OK, minor update again tonight. Mostly, I just 'fixed' that crappy GO! button I had before and added a real graphic button to the landing page. I guess most people don't realize to press the button to enter, so I also added a 2nd menu up high under the logo...

I would say just keep the menu under the logo, make it bigger and remove the giant power button. I think some people wont even know that's what a power button looks like and will go strait for the menu anyways. It draws the attention away from your page and the dumb people will be like "what is that"

just my thought about it.
