View Full Version : Transmission: Looking for SRT-4 tranny

Got a kid in the barracks up here who has an SRT-4 with a blown tranny, blew 3rd gear right out of the case. Anyone know where one can be found cheap? He's an E-3, and doesn't have a lot of cash.

There was one on craigslist(Hampton Roads area) not long ago. They wanted 500.00 for it.

$500 is dirt cheap.....most on car-part.com are $1000 min. The PT GTs do NOT have the same tranny....also, have him get the 04-05 for the posi unit.

If he found a 03 he should be able to swap his posi unit into it, if he has a 04+...
