Well...as I posted up before...I just recently acquired a 1989 Plymouth Horizon. Its slow...but, I've been driving it around my neighborhood running the crap out of it, and, it seems like its running a lot better...must've been grandma driving it before...lol And, everything works but the a/c and tach (which works intermittently). But, when I first got it, it wouldn't go over 65mph, now, it'll do 75mph. But, on these 13" wheels...75mph is pushing it...lol

But...here is before and after todays fun. I'm going to be repainting the car and using it as a daily driver for a little while as my truck is killing me with gas mileage. Going to be making it look as cool as possible for now till I get my GLH done. But, it runs awesome. Once again, its slow, but, it runs great, and will probably get 30mpg at least...so...works for me. I just need to get some good looking wheels...

But...todays adventure. Pressure washing all the previous owner's house paint off and some painting :) And yes...the horn button is being replaced with an extra, not as modified, original...lol Along with the driver's side mirror. And...all the stickers aren't staying either, don't worry.

AFTER: Some satin and gloss black paint, vacuuming, and a little pressure washing. (I'm painting around the windows tomorrow.) But, amazing what a little paint can do.

But...its a good start. I have to fix a vacuum leak under the dash as well. Sounds like a hoover under there which is probably the cause of the rough idle...haha.

I will keep this updated though. Hopefully I can find some decent looking four bolt wheels...might get me some wheels off a Honda or something to modernize the look and gain some stability. This has also got to be the most spongy cornering vehicle I've ever driven. Basically...its like driving a 2000lb golf cart is what I'd compare it too...haha.
