Vacuum hoses

Redoing my vacuum hoses using a vacuum block I bought from FWD. I want to know if i have to use the orfice and check valves or can I just plumb them direct. I am not sure if I have all of them, is there a place to purchase them?

It depends on what all you're using. For example, do you have a working cruise control? Are you using the stock boost control or an mbc? Is your charcoal canister and associated plumbing still hooked up?
I'm pretty sure the cruise setup makes use of a checkvalve or two and so does the charcoal canister plumbing. The only restrictor you have to have is the one for the boost control if you're still using the stock setup.
If you have unhooked all that stuff, and are using a mbc for boost control, then you don't have to mess with the check valves and restrictor.
