Welcome Rob. TM.com is a good way to find Shelby cars but possibly a *better* way to find 'local' cars is to get together with the local group and network a little bit:thumb: I can't tell if I know you from your screen name or if you've been to our SoCal meeting yet but we meet the first Thursday of the month at Applebees Resturaunt 1238 Imperial Highway, LaHabra,(Beach Blvd/Imperial hwy) about 8pm. We have been meeting there same time same place for over 13 years so we are pretty established there.

I'll give you a little example of one 'local' car. It's and 89 CSX, original owner, runs and drives but hadn't been driven (or even started in over 3 years) until yesterday when it moved from the owners old house to his new house. I don't know his intentions with the car just yet but I think it sufices to say it doesn't really fit his lifestyle any more. I thought it had a blown motor or something and thats why he didn't drive it:confused2: but it fired right up yesterday when a new battery was installed.

I know of a few other 'local' cars that may fit your search, come out to a meeting or PM me with any other questions.

My dad has one Shelby Lancer needs a repaint (its all there just faded) Being a Utah/Nevada car there is little to no rust on the car and runs very good! I think he is looking for around $2k or for $4,500 i bet he would sell Shelby Lancer #800 yes the last numbered! It is VERY VERY nice not quite a show car but pretty close. Both are in utah PM me if you are interested
