Daytona Exhaust Tip

Greetings,
Anyone know if you can still get the exhaust tip for the daytonas? I like the stock one, and my new to me 86 Turbo Z doesn't have it--just a round metal pipe. Can a used one be welded onto a new exhaust pipe?

Yes it can. I have a complete axle-back pipe/muffler/tip assembly off a Shelby Z if you're interested.

hmm....well not quite yet. For now, I want to get it running well and restore the interior. Then I'll worry about smaller stuff like the exhaust tip, and btw, shouldn't my right side taillight say Turbo Z? My left taillight says Dodge Daytona, but the right side is blank. I think it may have been replaced with one from a base Daytona. Anyway, those little details can wait.
