Well, i've been driving my shelby more..i found that i possibly have a bad +20 injector making alot of knock and retarding the timing big time...well until i can get those sent out to get flow tested, i put all my stock injectors back in along with my stock cal and 2bar....i have the boost set to 11-12 psi. Its running about 11.6 or 11.7 WOT....which isn't that bad...anyhow, on to the victory...lol

I was turning right on a road trying to beat the other traffic about to have a green light...there was a nice trans am infront waiting for the light...so i go and i look in my rear view mirror and see the front end of this trans am lift high....i am like...oh snap....lets do this...he was about a car length behind before i gunned it.....my turbo spooled awesome....he was gaining ground but when i went past 4000 rpm...i started to gain ground...we were at about 80 when we both shut it down...as we were drag racing if front of a police station..... So, the t/a never even got to the side of me....i slowed down and he came up and gave a pissed off nod....as he passed i can tell he had a nice dual exhaust...it sounded beastly...

I am real happy how my car runs....once i get those +20 injectors tested and my 3bar cal put back in for 20-25psi....damn...this car is going to be unbelivable....lol....

Mods:
Custom D plenum intake, ported everything..s60 turbo, dual intercooler...blah..blah blah....i am far from stock.

i miss being set up closer to stock, my car ran better that way. ever since i went for the gusto it falls apart a piece at a time.

Nice kill

It helps when all 4 injectors are firing like they should! :thumb:

Is that custom D plenum on a 2piece lower half?

Sounds like a nice setup, and good kill.

Tom's plenum, not his fuel rail though :)

Very interesting.. hard to tell whats going on in the middle with that huge fuel rail blocking everything. Got any pics from other angles?

If anyone wants any other angles of the intake, check out my gallery, i have tons of pics in there....And its 1 of 2 custom 1 peice intakes that aaron (8valves) made along with the port work done by jay/rob (the pope).

My shelby is down for the count now...gotta replace my headgasket, fix a gas leak, and send out my +20's to be rebuilt and flow tested....then i will come back with some more stories...lol. My buddy has a 08 335i bimmer.....its one fast m'fer....i am hoping 20 pounds of boost will compete with him..ha...

Saw one of the 335's at the track here recently, he was turning consistent 13.5s at i think 105. But its pretty hot here in Tx so that could have been affecting things.
