status on cal/ issues getting a hold of you

Last time we talked was on July 21 via email. sent 2 more emails after that but no response.

I know you have stated that you would prefer to deal with these matters via email and phone but im even having technical issues reaching your phone.

EI: the phone rings two times then goes to some form of messaging service. Yet instead of being able to leave it message it asks me "if you have messaging service press * or enter the customers 10 digit code"...huh!?
