Serial Buss?

Hello,

Trying to start putting car back together after 5 long years, so its time to become a regular poster, I guess. I was looking at the 50 pin bulkhead disconnect for a 90 G/J body car. Bought a full engine harness from a member, looking to put it in my Omni. What is a "Serial Buss" and should I assume + and - mean exactly positive and negative?

I did a search on the forums and found nothing. Somehow, I get the feeling its been asked and answered, but I couldn't find it.

Those are for the CCD bus. They were only used on the G body in '91 for communication with the body computer. You won't need them in an Omni.

Should I leave the wiring intact or can I clip it at the connector and cap it?
