I ordered the ceramic 4-puck clutch setup from TU a couple months ago and finally got around to installing it last weekend, but something was goofy on the clutch splines and the clutch plate would not fit. I dropped an email to Chris on saturday night at about 11pm. I then called to follow up on the email on my lunch break on monday. Chris had already been in contact with the clutch supplier, and after he verified I counted the splines and didn't booger up the shaft he assured me a new clutch was on the way. So I get home today and there's a nice box from my friendly UPS man. Brand new clutch plate that fits great on my tranny. Excellent turn around considering the clutch was coming from New Jersy to Nevada. Thanks again Chris!
