Here is a copy of my post on TD.com:
Purshased a Tial BOV from TDSRT4 last week, sent payment via paypal on 6-6, contacted on 6-9 and asked if it was shipped, was told it would ship on 6-12. Since then I contacted him several times to see if it had shipped, and have gotten no reply. Which in itself isn't totally unusual, but I had a wierd feeling about it so I searched "shi steel" which is the name on the paypal account and found this: http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=45&threadid=1870519&enterthread=y
So looks like this guy has hit a couple other boards. A dispute with paypal has been created so hopefully I can get my cash back. Will keep an update if anything new arises.
Keep an eye out for this guy. Not sure if he has made his way over to this board or not, but chances are if he is on TD.com, he will be here.
