Anyone using on of these instead of a standard PCV system? I wanted to use a catch can but I just do not have the room anywhere for it. I've got one of these (see pic) check valves in my inventory and it's easy to install but I'm not sure if its a good idea or not on our 2.2's. Anyone have anything to say??

Thanks
T

Just use a Twin turbo Supra pcv, it doesn't leak.

Elaborate...

Errr, it doesn't leak! :o

Its properly sealed so under boost, no leakage, unlike the new crap valves for our engines.

Is anyone using the exhaust check valve pictured in the first post?

There is a fair amount of PCV info listed here...

yeah there's alot of threads here on it
search engine needs more then 3 letters in a word for it to see it

everyone told me it wouldn't work because there are no exhaust pulses after the turbo but I said either way there is a vac.
it definitely works

my problem was location of the port in the crankcase
I put it in the fuel pump block-off of the non common block
and sucked a quart of oil on heavy decels
a baffled valve cover extension would probally work much better

just keep the exhaust port after your cat. conv. and O2's

Well I installed it. Seems to work well. When I checked the amount of vac its seems to be just the right amount, not too much and not to little...

How much vacuum were you pulling?
