This piece of paper was left on my car window when I had it in the local Mopar car show last weekend. I'm pretty sure it was left there by the original owner, I heard she still lives in the area. I'm assuming this is the option list on my car because it's got my vin on it. Anyone got one of these?

Looks like a printout of when the car was ordered or just a printout from the dealer of the RPO codes on the car.

It looks to me like a build sheet from the factory. I do not remember seeing that type of a build sheet or option list in the dealership. It may have been a printout of an early version of the options list for the parts department when we had Chrysler's early computer system.

What is the date on the bottom of the last page? It looks like 12/02/93 And the more I look at it, the more it reminds me of a DIAL type printout.

My guess it is a Chrysler dealer DIAL build sheet printout for your car. The format has changed with the evolution of the Chrysler system, but it is essentially the same info. I printed one for my CSX T before I lost the access. It is down to 2 sheets of paper.

Take your Vehicle Identification Number to your favorite Chrysler dealer's parts room. They can run you an equipment list. You will have a similar printout to the one above.

I had the dealer do that on my daytona a few years back. they called if the function 69/70. like stated before it takes your vin and lists all the options the car was built with.
