How not to mount gauges in your car?

Okay, check this out, this is how bad the inside of my lebaron looks like. It will be better soon as I get a dual gauge mounting setup. Sorry about the quality of the pics.

This was a rush job back when I did it, I'll be redoing it when I get more parts to get my car running again.

At the time I installed the gauges, the car was running just fine. No rush now. I can take all of the time I want to get the wires hidden and cleaned up. Maybe this will warrant a set of After pics when I get it back together.

I've seen them duct taped to the top of the dash :confused:
