View Full Version : Need Help On which Dipstick..(PIC)

After all the engine building and moving parts around I just want to make sure I got the right dipstick for my engine. The dipstick i have is part # 4483102. Now this oil pan is from TU. I sent my old core in,which was from a '90 2.5 TI . I didnt get the SAME pan back but i believe this pan is still a 2.5 TI pan.?? So if it is do i have the right dipstick?? ... Also I dont have balance shaft but the pan is baffled so how many quarts would i need?? thanks.

You have a balance shaft oil pan but if you dont have balance shafts you can use the same dipstick and run an extra quart :thumb:

Cool... but then what is the part number of the dipstick that i should run when i have a balance shaft oil pan? I just want to make sure i have the right one...*if someone that has a balance shaft oil pan can check for me id appreciate it ,it says right on the dipstick*:) .....thanks...
