GM MAP sensor

I found a supercharged early 90's Bonneville at the junkyard so I grabbed the MAP sensor. I read on some other forum that this would be the one to grab because it's a 3-bar.. Is that correct?

ASFAIK, they are only 2 bar-I think they boost around 7-8 psi. The only GM cars that came 3 bar were the 20th Anniversary Trans Am's with the 3.8 turbo and maybe the Syclone/Typhoon.
