AutoX at MATS 2010

Even though it doesn't show us actually driving it does show 2 shelby's in the beginning of this video!

This was a free event put on by Hotchkis suspension down in vegas at Mopars at the Strip.
Autocrossing is way more of an adrenaline rush than drag racing! Well maybe thats just because I only have a 14sec car right now! :D

I do love me some autocross..

But damn, those old musclecars sure were going slow and handling like crap.. The only car shown going remotely hard was the Viper.

Cool. Hey, did you hear or read about the GLHS giving the Viper guys a fly-by at 140mph?

That was the first time I did Auto-X and as for vigos comment yes most of the muscle cars were slow but the yellow challenger was only a second or 2 behind the viper, and the viper had 4 wheel slicks. The lady i think her name was Mary Pozzi she was driving the challenger as she was the national champ of auto-X in the 70s.
It made me realize that the original suspension in that GLHS could use a rebuild :)
