The forged "steel" crank really isn't needed at all for circle track, or NA trim.

Free up some HP with the lighter cast... unless you're making 300hp n/a, I wouldn't worry one bit.

No problem.

Everyone is welcome here, whether they have a turbo Mopar, or no car. :thumb:

FWIW: the shop I work at built a fairly stout early block 2.2 for the circle track mini-stock class. (won the championship last year) It's no fire breathing N/A 2.2.... but was able to hold it's own and then some. If you PM me, I can give you a little insight as to the engine build.

I have a forged CB crank in my FS thread left. It does need welded but it should be repairable. Cheap but shipping might be the killer.

Hey man, I talked to you a month or so ago. I still have that T3 motor in my shop with the crank in it. Im sure we can work out a trade. The kicker is, My back is so screwed up really cant pull it by myself. Thats why I never got it pulled and got back to you. Give me a call or shoot me a PM.

Agreed, stick with a cast and it will spin up faster, perfect for a circle track engine, :thumb:
