Neighbor has this thing and asked me to look at it. After doing some research, It has come down to the cluster and speed sensor are boned. So I get another cluster and put it in. Now the damn anti-theft is tripped and won't reset. Obviously the cluster is the issue, but what pisses me off is that others said they did it with no issues. Damn thing!!!:mad::banghead:

It's a 2001. I have always liked them, but very little info out there on them.
Put the old cluster back in and it runs. Replaced a few bad bulbs and some of the lights went off. Narrowed it down to one of the ABS sensors, ABS module, or wiring to the sensor. Apparently Saab uses an ABS sensor to run the speedo. I have a book coming from the UK for it. My neighbor is so greatful. I gave her the money back and told her to pay me when I get the speedo working. She was speechless...lol.:thumb:

Another saab story, those cars are weird.

They're on my list of cars I dislike, however they are fun to drive.
