Hey folks :)

I was told this was a MP computer out of an early GLHS or something.

Could anyone please confirm what year or years this fits and what it might be worth ;)

Thanks a bunch :thumb:

Ain't that the truth.

The logic module (the one on the right) is the only one that would be a MP computer. The logic module tells the power module what to do. The power module is the same for all vehicles depending on the year '84-'85, and '86-'87 if I remember correcly.

The power modules are actually 84 specific, and then 85-87 are the same. I usually sell the turbo power modules for $10-$15, and $15-$20 for the logic module once I socket them. Those prices are on the low side, but I don't like sitting on too many extra parts.

i don't think that is a genuine GLHS logic module based on the placement of the decal, should be on the end of the module not on the top as shown in the pix.

"CS: 017" is a typical GLHS part number.

even the MP aftermarket lm's had the decal on the end of the lm.

It has to be 1st generation logic module with the MAP sensor inside the module. My 87GLHS has the map sensor under the hood.

Well then somebody moved your MAP, *every* GLHS I've ever seen had the Map inside the module in the kick panel. Some Lancers and CSX's for 87 had underhood for sure...

You may be right! Now that I think about it, I think I did move mine. That was a long time ago. I know the logic I have in it now does not have the MAP inside it. It's an aftermarket socketed one.
