I drove down to this local track here which is not known for the greatest track prep to see what kind of street tire time I could run.I managed to run my personal best and had a pretty good time the 60 ft isnt very impressive I could not brake boost at all or it would just blow the tire's away.I was coming off the line with 10 psi until 2nd gear then bumped it to 22,here was my best pass.
60 ft-2.269
330 ft-5.821
594 ft-8.054
1/8-8.550
mph-90.74

That's an awesome pass!! It takes WAY more power to ET like that on street tires then with slicks. Especially on that track! But to keep things in fun and in competition, your time is going down dude!! That was .04 better than my best so far of an 8.59. I got- cha covered ! I'm not going to slicks until I get a 7 second ET on pure streets!

Hey Kevin, I'm working on it every day. waiting on the first set of rear oval bushings from Johnny to finish the rear. Waiting on the machine shop, I stoped by yesterday and they said they were just starting it so Monday they will give the go to order some pistons and bearings(speaking of this they said I should just run the P series bearings and not the H's that recently came out what do you think?). I am working on getting these fenders customized so I can fit a 26x9" or 10" slick under there(245/45/17 street tires, well nito dr's). All of the interior is done and wired, working on plumbing the fuel tank and starting the trans cause I got the input shaft finally. Oh did you see my tbi manifold yet? check here http://www.turbododge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=117230

Hey I also wanted to ask you how much boost you are able to run on pump gas?and did you ever have probs with the front planetary thrustwasher. The one that sits behind the end play washer?

Thanks for all of the info

Looks good thats a good Idea on that manifold, pump gas I can run about 16 psi but I just installed a progressive alcohol kit so we will see.I going to try a mixture of methanol and nitro methane that snow performance sells. My good buddy brian putman gave me the heads up on that stuff. As far as trans no problems so far.
