Clean up my harness!!!

Hey there Everyone i have came to the point where i have removed the entire engine wiring harness out of my 88 Shelby CSX-T and i have a few questions..... well maybe just one, i am wondering if any one had a diagram or could tell me of any wires that can be removed and still have the basics of the engine still function properly. i have removed A/C. is there any emissions that can be removed that would remove the wiring as well?? it is such a mess and i am a bit of a perfectionist so any wires that arn't needed i would love to remove!!! thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm not sure I can answer this, but I would assume if there is an unused plug that you can attribute to part of the AC system, you could just wack all the wires that go to that plug. Same with the cruise control and any emissions crap you don't want.
