Starting RPM adjustment

Is there any way to adjust the starting RPM? I am running the turbonator and it seems to rev too high when it starts. When starting it revs to about 2,200 RPM and immediately drops to normal. I tried playing with the AIS cold start position table but it still seems to be high. Is there anything else I can adjust? I sometimes wonder if its a little lean starting and that is causing the higher rpm because when I install a new cal and while it is rich until the ECU settles in it starts much lower.
