Holset HE351 with stock elbow

i bought this last year, dont plan to be using it on current car. rmoved pin and clocked housing to fit my use. still needs to have compressor cover modified to use stock wastegate actuator. comes with cast stock elbow. asking 375$ shipped in US. has no shaft play, would recommend getting it rebalanced. came from low mile Cummins motor dont know what year or anything more about it. accepting paypal if you pay the 4% in fees

im not familiar with holsets but whats that sensor at the bottom of the compressor housing do when on the stock vehicle? is it some kind of overboost safety thingamabob?
