Ya. Planning the budget. So it's helpful. Gf wants to know aswell so she can look up the hotel
amentities. She's a car gal but in short periods of time so she will be spending sometime in there.

Usually the hotel info goes out to SDAC members in the "Up Front" national newsletter first... membership has its priveleges :thumb:

Sorry for the delay in getting this info out. I just updated this thread for SDAC-20 info (http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/showthread.php?p=642669#post642669).

I thought I posted this about 2 hours ago, but I just realized I "pre-viewed" it without posting it.

That is normally true JT. But I am way behind on getting info out, and especially Up Front.

So there's only drag racing Tuesday night? This can't be right.......

That's exactly as it was last year, and the evening racing was a big hit! We got the track for 6 hours from 4:30-10:30. But depending on turnout and how busy it stays (or lack of busy) we may end earlier.

Is that what some ppl did last year? I could have swore I heard ppl where going down the track when they got there on Friday?

We usually only have one drag racing day for SDAC. We rent the track and hardly get the turnout on our one day of racing to pay that tab.

IIRC, a few of the locals went to the test & tune on Friday last year. One or two others from out of town may also have gone, but the early bird arrival party at Ken's started about 4pm and most folks were there. I do recall Reeves and someone else showing up after they raced that evening.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but how do I register for the events? I live in Hagerstown, so I have no excuse not to come this year. :p

The registration info will be forthcoming. We post up Pre-registration info to our members first in our newsletter, then after that is out we open our online pre-registration, but registration can also be done on site (pre-registering is cheaper than on site though).

I've just taken our current newsletter to our printer and hopefully it will be in the mail before the end of this week. Pre-registration info is in there for our members. We will probably be accepting online pre-registration sometime next week.

We are about 2 weeks ahead of schedule releasing this info compared to last year.
