try hitting the letters and ribs with a sanding block and some 180 grit sand paper going from side to side. Then clean and wipe down with Armorall. It'll make the VC shine and you might sell it quicker.

sanding the letters and ribs down like they're supposed to be and cleaning it up with some armorall is misleading?? oook. guess all parts for sale should look crappy.

So buy it and you can do what you want with it.( I can hear the buyer but it was shiny in the pic.) But thank you for your input.
