The OBX doesn't go into a 568 unless you make it into a 523/568 hybrid trans...

FSM is always your friend. Copies pop up all the time, so pic one up when you get a chance. 1990 is the best year, it shows a 525 (l-body) and a 523/568. You can rebuild any 5spd from that book. Use the 525 gearset section for a 520/555 and the 523/568 section for pictures and instructions on setting diff preload.
