adjustable wastegate ??

just put and enforcer stage 1 on my glh. boost is hitting 16 then dropping to 14 even when i raise with the gvalve. the wastegate arm is adjustable. to raise the boost do i tighten the arm? .

Yes
tighten the rod makes the arm shorter putting more pressure on the spring
causing it harder to open
