I'm staying at my house.....

Plenty of room in the yard for a tent city if you don't mind a 20min drive to the fairgrounds!

We got a pool too!:thumb:

I'll be calling the Fire Department to see when the campground area outside gate 6 opens. Looks like I'll have my travel trailer there. Won't know about having sales space inside until June 8, since last year's vendors have until then to renew.

Hmm does anyone have any info on the camping area outside of the fairgrounds? We were going to sleep in the car trailer inside the fairgrounds, but i see that that is sold out so i guess our next option will be to go outside of the fairgrounds.. any info would be greatly apprecaited.. or T-Diddy we might have to join you back at your place and pitch a tent.. its better doin that then running the whole way back to York every night. let me know asap.. greg is getting antsy about this!

Jen there is camping outside gate 6. I'm setting up my travel trailer Wednesday or Thursday night, based on what the Carlisle folks told me. Its run by a local Fire Company. Info also posted on the SV site.

Yeah camping on the fairgrounds has been getting smaller every year since the PT cruiser craze

The fire co. area is great
Right outside the gate
lots of area
Park and setup wherever
Get there soon and you'll get a good spot under some trees
think it was like $15 for the weekend
The fairground has 2 shower areas BTW
(don't want any stinky TD'ers :yuck: )

I would be willing to pitch a tent in a yard if others are going to. But I don't want to "impose" :)

You should just drive. However, from much further down here in MD, it's more like 2 hours, and thats a bit inconvenient.
