You should have said Pi, so he would have to divide by 3.141592653589793238462643383279502884197169399375 1058209749445923078164 0628620899...

i dont wanna cut the pipe til i get all the necessary hardware to fix it back. Wouldnt it just be the stock DP going into the converter whatever size that is ?????

If it is a stock DP and the car is an 89 or newer, isn't it pretty close to 2.5"

2.5 inch OD in, 2 1/4 OD out.

Wait, so the stock exhaust is 2.5 on the inside, but 2.25 on the outside? That's a little strange! :)

It's an 87 so it should be 2.25

ok, so its a 2.25 going into the cat, its an 87, brad should know :thumb:, so all i need is a 2.25 pipe and have it opened up on one end to 2.5 to match the rest of the exhaust ?

by getting rid of the stock cat will it help alot with the flow and such or is it not really worth the hassle ??

Yes, it will help huge but if you have an emissions test, you'll need it.

I say get a 2.5 inch downpipe, it will fit your turbo if you do a little grinding on the flange thing where the bolts go through.
