Bought a 96 Dakota 5.2 4wd Extended cab short box. Picked it up last thrusday for 900 bucks:eyebrows: Needed a rear end, other then that the truck is a one owner, 137k on her, everything works, well except for the passengers front speaker. Factory bed liner a hitch, even came with the orginal window sticker.

Luckly just a couple weeks prior to buying it a friend mentioned he was parting out the same truck for cheap...whole thing a 100 bucks:confused: So I remembered this and ended up getting a rear end and a couple things for it. Swapped the rear end on wednesday night, to find out the rear end need a wheel bearing, finished that up last night. Today was the first day to drive it to work, did good cept for the oil pressure gauge was acting up...must be a dodge thing, put one of those on did a oil change. Other then that the thing runs good, and plenty of power to pull all my cars around:amen:

gears were right.... couldnt get any better, well besides having to do a wheelbearing, i was pretty pissed about that, spend 2 nights swapping rear ends to take off and hear a growl...pretty discouraging, but had it fixed the next night.

stupid brake lines n rust
