Dissasembling for heavier mods

I have a 90 sbec, and i have an external voltage regulator because the one inside the sbec is dead.
So i need to deactivate the CEL for code 41, or the routine that tells the computer to check the alternator.

Anybody has done this?

Address 0x887C thru 0x8882 are the error bit masks. I think the first 2 or 3 wil have mask codes in them aready. So, move to the first location that contains 0x00 and change it to 0x0B. That should dis-able to code 41.
