Anybody have a great deal on a set of pizza wheels with decent tires that will pass PA inspection? Need all 4. Prefer western/central PA. Thanks!

4 lug or 5 lug?

I have a set of 5 lug with some Goodyear Eagle ST 195/50/15. The tires have alot of tread, but are a little dry rotted, 2 wheels have alittle curb rash, and one wheel is missing the center cap. I'll take $100 for them plus shipping. I sent a set out to Texes the other day without tires and it was right at $73 for shipping, so maybe $200 total. Let me know and I'll get some pics.
