I am just wondering what others have for their fan settings with a 180 thermostat.

With the 180, I set the lo-speed fan off at 180, and the hi-speed fan off for 190. The fan-on temps I set 15-20 deg higher than the off temp...

I usually set the on temp around 195 due to thermal differences in every model otherwise the fan could be on all the time, then have it turn off at 184.

On Matchbox (carb car) I manually run a switch to keep the temp at 190 and leave it on for the burn out and pass. I also use the heater to help keep it there on hot days.

On Pit Bull (05 SRT4) I use the defroster and heater to keep the temps right at 200 and turn off defroster/heat at starting line.

Why not just drop the on/off temps by 15 degrees?
