intalling a zif socket

I just bought some S2 Aries 28 pin Zif sockets , which way do you install the chip into them with the chip index away or toward the release lever:confused2:

The lever doesn't matter. The chip need to be oriented so that the notch is to the right.

You can put it in anyway you want, but just remember or mark it as they don't have a notch. I just put the lever at the notch, then you can't forget. :thumb:
