Are there any places out there that can make new ones ? Mine is about 1 mis handling away from crumbling into nothing. Finding a good used one is damn near impossible here and shipping a used one cross country would be an exercise in burning money. for something as small and relatively simple as a P body is, to have something made of a better material (fiberglass of some sort ?)

I personally thought about using foamboard from the home depot after ripping mine out, only to find there wasn't a readily available replacement. I would imagine the 3/8" thick board would be sturdy enough and would take the glue and fabric without problems. A buddy of mine did this in his S10 and loves it. it would theoretically fit through a hatch with no problems, I guess a 2 piece version would be needed for people without a hatch.
