Car is 85 GLH-T, 87 TII computer, 3 bar map, TU cal, etc
Start the car, it runs for 1 seconds and then it shut down.

Cam timing is correct
Been playing with ignition timing, but no luck
Compression 130psi all across.
Has fuel
No code

What other things can I check?

The injectors are not firing.

The dark green/black wiring on the injector wiring harness isn't giving the ground to the injectors.

It's part of ASD relay, what do I do from here?
How do you bypass it?

I can't search for ASD at turbododge because it is too common...

Do you have 12 volts to the coil? if so, your ASD relay is working.

Have you tried a HEP, this will do what your describing? did it just do this or with the new cal installed? have you tried the original cal?

So, if there is spark, the ASD relay is working?

Tried a different HEP, same thing.
Tried a different PM, same thing.
Tired a another LM, same thing. (3 bar with +20 and 3 bar with +40)
Tired a set of +40 and +20 injectors, same thing.
Fuel pump makes plenty of pressure. (brand new 255)

Fixed the voltage problem, timed the engine, took the car around the block last night and the car started to buck and miss, barely made it back on the drive way, car idled really bad. It was too late and I was extremely tired.

This morning, the car would start, and idle for like 1 second then stop..

The light brown wire to injector 4 test 12 voltage if I ground them directly to the battery when cranking. But if I ground them at the dark green/black wires like they're suppse to, I get 0 voltage during cranking. The car always had a code 51 (o2 says LEAN) since new cal and +40, I didn't think much of it, but now it makes sense because the injectors weren't getting enough voltage.

So, how do I go about diagnois this drak green wire and the fuel injector wiring harness? I can't find any good info anywhere.. and believe me I looked.
http://minimopar.knizefamily.net/ecu/pm-1985-turbo.html says
6 Z1 14 DG/BK* ASD relay power output

I'm suppose to have the car pass smog TODAY, please help.

I don't think I'm that orginal, somebody else have have experienced the same thing...

Do you have another injector harness lying around that you can try? Maybe some of the wires are corroded, so you aren't getting the ground you need.

Already tried another injector wiring harness, all wires are good, checked resistance and it's all good. No corrision whatsoever.

Those metal relay on the side of the cars, what are they?

The dark green/blk injector wires are on the same circuit as the + coil wire (should also be dkg/blk) If your looking for ground on those wires, you should'nt find it.
Passenger side is the A/C relay. Drivers side is starter and cooling fan relays. Is this the GLH at your friends house?

Found out why the injector weren't spraying fuel.

Brand new 255 fuel pump only gives out 20 psi. Oh well.

Shitty, could be the line to sender inside the tank.

Will find out when I take it out.

I've had that inlet line to the pump (inside the tank) come loose and give a partial seal, that = partial pressure:(

The rubber fuel line from fuel pump to the metal tube rodded away.

I was sure I used a fuel injection line, guess I didn't.

62psi now. :)

Bummer. Glad you found it and glad its running, yay!
