Tow Dolly in N.E. Ohio

I have a used tow dolly in N.E. Ohio. It will come with 2 sets of straps, 1 set is fairly new and the other is used. It will also come with a new light package and wiring "not installed", along with a new spare tire and rim. The fenders need to be installed, I just had them repaired due to cracks. thats a steal if its in nice shape. any tow dolly that rolls and isnt falling apart is worth at least that

It is in nice shape, it even has the tilt option and swivels in the middle.
