I am trying to find a Lapbelt (only need the latch/button part). It's for the middle seat belt in the rear seat of a 1989 dodge Spirit ES.

No problem, I've got a spirit R/T parts car I could grab a latch out of, just might be a while before I get to it, car is currently loaded full of parts and buried under more parts in the corner of the barn. If you don't come across something else in a reasonable amount of time let me know.

I'm guessing you have a gray interior?

Gary Donovan (mopar-tech on this board) is parting out a Spirit R/T. He probably has what you are looking for.
