Digital Dash Issue

Ive got an 88 Lebaron with the digital dash and the tach does not work for some reason. Im wondering if anyone has run into this or has a wiring diagram that could help. If I can find some way to check the tach feed and at least eliminate if the prob is in the cluster that would be great.

Use a voltmeter to see if the voltage change when you rev up and down.
