What could cause 80lbs of fuel pressure?

87 shelby z stock t2 what could cause the fuel pressure to get this high? only thing i can think of is a Plugged/clogged fuel return line somewhere? already changed the regulator? Anyone? lol

I would agree with a restriction in the return line.

Take off the return line at the fpr and jump the coil + terminal, if fuel pressure goes back to normal, you have a plugged line, if not, your new fpr is bad.

tru i gotta wait till monday to do some more troubleshooting. But i tried 3 diff fpr 2 stock 1 adjustable and all same results so i pretty much ruled out fpr. plus i took one off another car that worked fine and dropped it in. Same result
